Aqua Aerobics

Aerobics workouts conditioning and muscle strengthening workout. Class alternates between cardio equipment and muscular toning using weights.

Custom Core

Cardio Kickboxing/Bag Class

Kicking, punching, jump rope intervals, muscle endurance, abs and more. Be warned, "This ain't your mama's TaeBo!"

Hula Hooping

A hot new trend in group fitness using weighted fitness hoops to combine cardio, core strength, and overall body toning in one funtastic hour.

Martial Arts

This is a dynamic system of combat and self-defense that is designed with people for all fitness and skill levels. This class has an open format. You can come and go as your schedule allows.

Spin, Core, & More

40 mins spin combined with 20 mins squats, lunges, core work - 60 mins to cover all major muscle groups!

Walk Fit

Schwinn Indoor Cycling

Schwinn Indoor Cycling class is a non-impact workout that's as easy as “riding a bike.” For all ability levels, participants can regulate the intensity of their workout by choosing the pedaling rate & degree of resistance.

The following classes are rotated at the discretion (whim) of the instructor.
Low End Endurance 65 - 75% of MHR Improves fat metabolism and general endurance.
High End Endurance 75 - 85% of MHR Goal is to stay in the target heart rate zone with varied terrain.
Hill 75 - 85% of MHR Goal is to gain muscular strength and increase VO2max.
Extensive Interval 65 - 85% of MHR Increases the anaerobic threshold, lactate tolerance, VO2max.
Intensive Interval 65 - 90% of MHR Increases VO2max, improves lactate tolerance, & hypertrophy of the heart.

Calling All Young Professionals

We’ve added a NEW tennis league, “Young Professionals Mixer” Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm $30 per person, includes 10 weeks of league play and an Awards Party at the end! Only two hours till TENNIS! Sign up ASAP , Leagues start May 13th!

Summer Camp Starts June 3rd

Last year we made massive additions to our summer camp. Along with Tennis Camp, we offered Racquetball Camp, Squash Camp, Scuba Camp, Dance Camp, Science Camp and more. It was a great success and we hope to build on that this summer. We have partnered with some of the best people in Sarasota to make our summer camps the best available. We can not wait to see the fun your child will have with Mysticals Dance, Scuba Quest, Mad Science, and more.
