With the exception of 6 weeks that I had to take off after surgery recently, I have attended Katherine's three classes at 10:30 each week since they began. The classes contain exercises that are beneficial for both body and mind and Katherine is an excellent instructor. Many people that I have talked to here at the club are conpletely unaware of what Pilates is and don't come to find out or they come once and can't do all the exercises right away, so they don't come back. They're really missing out. It's really nice to have a class that shows us what we can do if we stick to it.
