Tennis League Rules for our In House leagues.
The tennis league rules are as follows:
Leagues play for 12 weeks.
Highlight your name in the Pro Shop to check in.
Players are put out by score order, top to bottom.
If a player does not get to play, the pro will give them a score, to help move them off the bottom of the league for the next week.
Scores are reported in the Courtside Grill after play.
You get your average score for the first 4 times you miss a week, thereafter you get zeroes.
Players are charged if they play 2 or more times.
For the Men's & Ladies leagues you play 1 set with each player, a tiebreaker is played at 5 all, instead of 6 all, so all sets will have a maximum score of 6 points, for a possible total of 18 points.
For the Mixed leagues you play 2 sets against your opponent and a super tie breaker to 10. The tiebreaker is worth one point, for a possible total of 13 points.
All leagues participants and subs must be Bath & Racquet Fitness Club Tennis Members.
You are allowed to use a sub for your team as needed. If you can't get a sub you get your average score for the first 3 times you miss a week, thereafter you get zeroes. You can use any level player for the sub.
