Free Weight Loss Study

Congratulations to our Star Participant from our last study who lost over 20 pounds! We will be starting a new 3 week weight loss study the week of September 24th. Weight loss study participants will be required to meet twice per week for 3 weeks. We will have morning and evening sessions available and there will be a limit of 6 participants per session. Available sessions are as follows:
Morning Tues/Thurs 11am-12pm The Morning sessions are full at this time.
Evening Mon/Wed 5:30p-6:30p Space is limited so sign up early.

This study is available to anyone that needs to lose 10% body weight or more. This study is only available to non club members. We will be providing you with all the tools to lose weight in a healthy manner. You will be receiving exercise training sessions with a certified personal trainer and you will be provided with a food journal. The study is being done by the Bath & Racquet Fitness Club. All sessions will be done at the Club address:

Sarasota, FL 34231 There is no cost to be in the study. You may ask why we are doing this for free?
1) The number of participants is limited.
2) We want to quantify what works with weight loss so we can sell it in the future.

Summer Camp Starts June 3rd

Last year we made massive additions to our summer camp. Along with Tennis Camp, we offered Racquetball Camp, Squash Camp, Scuba Camp, Dance Camp, Science Camp and more. It was a great success and we hope to build on that this summer. We have partnered with some of the best people in Sarasota to make our summer camps the best available. We can not wait to see the fun your child will have with Mysticals Dance, Scuba Quest, Mad Science, and more.
